We’ve been extremely satisfied since taking ownership of our Rockwell Properties. We feel, as smaller investors, Rockwell provides an opportunity to own higher quality income producing real estate with lower risk and management duties than if we were to go it alone. For example, we own our part of a $3 million+ building leased to a NYSE listed tenant vs. owning the local sandwich shop backed by John and Jane Doe.

We elect to use direct deposits to receive our monthly lease payments. Since our closings, my involvement in managing our properties has been checking my on-line banking accounts to see if our funds have been deposited. They have been regularly. Rockwell even prorated our first months lease payment from the date of signing instead of the date of closing – unheard of in ANY other real estate transaction I’ve been involved with. And…closing costs? Well, they were a few hundred dollars and Rockwell even paid those – every dollar we invested, went to work for us on day one.
